My journey as a Pilates instructor began with a passion for movement and a desire to help others. I believe in the transformative power of Pilates to improve not only physical strength but also mental wellbeing.

About Us

Hi, I’m Elena, a Level 3 Certified Pilates Instructor.

I’m passionate about movement and have a lasting commitment to exercise, complemented by my love of walking and spending time in nature. Through my own experience with Pilates, I was able to manage chronic back pain and stiffness, which informs my work with clients experiencing joint pain, reduced mobility, or postural imbalances. I enjoy sharing my knowledge to help others getting stronger, improve mobility, flexibility and balance.

I believe in the power of movement and my goal is to promote long-term physical function, ensuring clients exercise with correct technique, confidence, and care, supporting lasting physical and mental wellbeing.

By applying the core principles of Pilates (concentration, centering, control, breath, precision and flow) I believe that anyone can improve their strength, mobility and body awareness. Starting slowly allows you to build strength and confidence, gradually discovering the flow of each movement on your journey to a stronger and healthier self.

Each session delivers a balanced workout designed to strengthen your core, improve mobility and flexibility, enhance balance, and develop greater body control.

Exercises are adapted to suit individual abilities, allowing you to work at your own pace while safely building strength and confidence.

With supportive guidance throughout, you’ll be encouraged to challenge yourself safely and to advance your Pilates practice at your own pace.
